About this role
You will own manufacturing methods and equipment for a growing production line — fixture design, cycle-time reduction and smooth new-product ramps.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and document manufacturing methods and work instructions
- Design jigs, fixtures and tooling for production
- Improve cycle time, scrap and equipment reliability
- Support equipment selection, installation and ramp-up
What we're looking for
- ✓Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience
- ✓3+ years in manufacturing engineering
- ✓CAD proficiency and hands-on workshop ability
- ✓Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
