1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the BOVAS Talent website and the recruitment services we provide through it. By using the site, submitting your CV or engaging our consultants, you agree to these terms.

Separate signed agreements may apply to specific client engagements; where they do, those agreements take precedence over these terms for that engagement.

2. Our services

BOVAS Talent provides recruitment, executive search, reverse recruitment, freelance recruiter network and career support services. Listings on this site are maintained in good faith, but we do not guarantee that every advertised role remains open, or that any application will result in an interview or offer.

For candidates, our services are free. Fees are charged to client organisations under separate engagement terms.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree that information you provide — in your CV, applications or conversations with us — is accurate and honest, and that you have the right to share it. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape or republish its content without permission.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, imagery and branding — belongs to BOVAS Talent or its licensors. You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with a job search or hiring decision.

5. Liability

We provide the website on an 'as is' basis and do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, or from reliance on listings or advice published on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
