You will improve how things are made — analysing flows, debottlenecking lines and driving yield, quality and safety improvements that stick.
Key responsibilities
- Map, analyse and optimise production processes
- Lead root-cause analysis on yield and quality issues
- Design and validate process changes with data
- Support new product introduction into manufacturing
What we're looking for
- ✓Chemical, process or industrial engineering degree
- ✓3+ years in a manufacturing or process environment
- ✓Lean/Six Sigma methods and statistical analysis skills
- ✓Practical, shop-floor credibility
