Key responsibilities
- Lead technical design and delivery for multi-sprint initiatives
- Mentor mid-level engineers through reviews and pairing
- Own reliability, performance and security posture of core services
- Partner with product leadership on technical trade-offs and estimates
What we're looking for
- ✓6+ years of software engineering, including senior-level ownership
- ✓Track record of delivering complex systems in production
- ✓Experience guiding technical decisions across a team
- ✓Ability to explain deep technical topics to non-engineers
