About this role

You will join the executive team as the finance leader for a scale-up entering its next phase — building the team, systems and investor confidence the growth plan needs.

Key responsibilities

Own financial strategy, planning, reporting and controls
Lead fundraising, investor relations and board reporting
Build and develop the finance team and its systems
Partner with the CEO on strategy, pricing and capital allocation

What we're looking for

✓Qualified accountant with 10+ years progressive finance leadership
✓Scale-up or high-growth company experience
✓Track record with funding rounds and lender/investor relationships
✓Hands-on leadership with executive presence
