Key responsibilities
- Own engineering delivery, quality and technical direction
- Develop managers and tech leads; plan organisational structure
- Own hiring strategy and onboarding at scale
- Partner with product and the executive team on strategy
What we're looking for
- ✓8+ years engineering, including 3+ in engineering leadership
- ✓Experience leading multi-team organisations (30+ engineers)
- ✓Strong systems thinking and delivery management
- ✓Evidence of growing senior engineers into leaders
