You will keep the firm ahead of its regulatory obligations — practical compliance that enables the business rather than blocking it.
Key responsibilities
- Own the compliance monitoring plan and regulatory filings
- Advise teams on regulations affecting products and marketing
- Run AML/KYC checks and maintain the associated records
- Deliver compliance training and manage policy lifecycle
What we're looking for
- ✓4+ years in financial services compliance
- ✓Strong knowledge of AML/CTF and conduct regulation
- ✓Professional qualification (ICA, CISI or similar) preferred
- ✓Balanced judgement: firm on red lines, pragmatic elsewhere
