About this role
You will assess and monitor credit and operational risk across a growing portfolio, turning policy into models and models into better decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Assess new and existing exposures against the risk framework
- Build and monitor risk indicators, limits and early-warning signals
- Prepare clear risk reports for management and committees
- Work with product and finance on risk-adjusted pricing
What we're looking for
- ✓Degree in finance, economics, statistics or similar
- ✓2+ years in credit, operational or market risk
- ✓Strong Excel and SQL; exposure to risk modelling tools
- ✓Clear, defensible writing on judgement calls
