About this role
You will own credit policy and portfolio quality for a lending book — setting appetite, refining scorecards and intervening early.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain credit policies, appetite and exceptions process
- Monitor portfolio performance and delinquency trends
- Develop and validate scorecards and decision models
- Report portfolio health to risk committees and regulators
What we're looking for
- ✓5+ years in credit risk within lending or banking
- ✓Experience with scorecard development or credit analytics
- ✓Strong statistical grounding and SQL/Python skills
- ✓Regulatory reporting experience is a plus
