About this role
A hands-on modelling role: you will turn messy product and customer data into models and experiments that change decisions, not just dashboards.
Key responsibilities
- Frame business questions as testable analyses and experiments
- Build, validate and deploy predictive models into production
- Design A/B tests and communicate results honestly, including nulls
- Partner with engineering to productionise models and features
What we're looking for
- ✓MSc or equivalent experience in a quantitative field
- ✓3+ years applied data science with Python and SQL
- ✓Solid statistics — experimentation, causal reasoning, uncertainty
- ✓Experience taking models beyond the notebook
