About this role

A hands-on finance leadership role below controller level — you will own management reporting, partner with budget holders and keep the engine running.

Key responsibilities

Deliver monthly management accounts and variance analysis
Own ledger integrity, accruals and balance-sheet reviews
Partner with operations on cost control and unit economics
Line-manage an accountant or finance assistant

What we're looking for

✓Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 4+ years post-qualification
✓End-to-end close and reporting ownership
✓Strong systems skills — ERP, planning tools, Excel
✓Approachable style with non-finance colleagues
