You will sit at the intersection of finance and operations — building the plan, explaining variances and giving leadership a truthful forward view.
Key responsibilities
- Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning models
- Analyse performance against plan; explain drivers, not deltas
- Partner with department leads on their numbers
- Produce board-ready reporting and scenario analyses
What we're looking for
- ✓3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance or consulting
- ✓Advanced financial modelling; strong Excel, ideally plus SQL/BI
- ✓Business partnership skills and commercial curiosity
- ✓Accounting fundamentals and attention to detail
