Key responsibilities
- Handle tickets across hardware, software, network and accounts
- Onboard and offboard staff, devices and access
- Maintain the device fleet, inventory and documentation
- Escalate patterns to engineering with clear reproduction steps
What we're looking for
- ✓1+ year in IT support or service desk
- ✓Windows and macOS administration; Google Workspace or M365
- ✓Patient, plain-spoken communication style
- ✓Willingness to own a problem end to end
