You will establish and grow the business in-market — hiring the early team, winning the first flagship customers and making the P&L your own.
Key responsibilities
- Own the in-market P&L and growth plan
- Hire and lead the local commercial and operations team
- Build the local pipeline, partnerships and brand presence
- Represent the company with regulators and industry bodies
What we're looking for
- ✓8+ years commercial leadership with country or regional P&L
- ✓Track record launching or scaling in the market
- ✓Strong local network and market knowledge
- ✓Entrepreneurial, hands-on operator
