Key responsibilities
- Own people strategy, policies and employment compliance
- Lead talent acquisition and employer brand
- Design reward, performance and development frameworks
- Coach senior leaders on organisational health
What we're looking for
- ✓8+ years HR leadership, ideally across multiple countries
- ✓Deep employment-law and compliance knowledge
- ✓Track record building HR systems that scale
- ✓CIPD or equivalent qualification preferred
